The practice of Restorative Yoga is slowing down, listening to our bodies, being kind and gentle with ourselves. It helps the body release physical and mental tension and focus on the natural flow of the breath. This practice is great to balance an active schedule or to treat yourself to some much-needed self-care.
To cancel or reschedule, please give us adequate warning. We ask for 12 hours notice so that it may give someone else an opportunity to attend.
